Operational agreements.
These terms govern the use of digital marketing services provided by Limitless View, LLC.
Services are defined in the specific Proposal or Statement of Work signed by the client. Any additional requests are subject to new billing.
Management fees are invoiced monthly. Clients are responsible for paying all media costs (ad spend) directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Upon full payment, the client owns all creative assets and campaign data generated. Limitless View, LLC retains the right to use anonymized data for case studies.
Agreements may be terminated with 30 days' written notice, subject to minimum term lengths specified in the contract.
